I am interested to know about the sqft area of 2B2T and the final amt including all registration etc.
guys dont get it…. i dont know who got the permission for it…. especially during the rainy season….the whole area submerge under water….its low lying area….please guys there are people still live in fear after 26th july delgue… just dont go by luxury appts…think and invest

Can any one tell me it is idle place to book a flat for future growth.
Is lodha reliable and resourcefull to commence the project requiring large investment? Is he in cash crunch position. I heard he has problem with duetche bank has any one has any idea. The rate quoted is not real, the real price after taking in to account water connection and development charges works out to Rs. 2400/- plus Is this price reasonable?

Is this a good project to invest? Is there better alternative than this? They are quoting 2100 for the 8th storey flat.

The prices are hiked up but no doubt Dombivali is a fast developing city with good promising returns. Builders like Lodha have good track record, however considering the current market and government there is no good time than now to invest.Yes i too believe that lot of the Lodha projects have been delayed (e.g. Lodha Aqua – in Dahisar which is a classic example of price hike) however never heard of Lodha as defaulters.
guys please dont buy any flats out there coz the place not secure at all dnt know what will happen next year ….BEST OF LUCK….

articals are saging that this project will have rail connectivity up to VT in futer is it realy so or just at rummer to hike the price

project started in Mar’09 and now is probably the right time to gauge the seriousness of the project by checking the progress made….

I think sales people are not helping in the manner after booking. Before that they do convence and tell/follow. Is there is risk in investing there now with 2200 rate. I think there wil not be any problem in July.

Did anyone pay for the parking?? They are not providing me any allotment letter unless i pay for the parking..They are charging me 1.08 lakh for 1+1/2 BHk in 8 storied buliding..Is it fine to pay them?? PLease suggest
If anyone like to buy flat in the same area, I have a good flat (only 1.5 yrs old) which is in Lodha complex (550 sq.ft 1BHK ready to move in) at reasonable rate.
